ORDINANCE NO. 445
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF NORWICH, KANSAS, UNDER THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY ARTICLE 11 OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY AS ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO. 300.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF NORWICH, KINGMAN COUNTY, KANSAS THAT:
Section 1. Having received a recommendation from the City Planning Commission on Case No. Z0155-26, and proper notice having been given according to Article 11 Section 100 (E) and hearing held as provided by law and under authority of Article 11 Section 100 (F) and subject to the said provisions of the Zoning Regulations of the City as originally approved by Ordinance No. 300, the zoning district classification of the lands legally described herby are changed as follows:
Change of zoning district classification from R-1 (Single Family Residential District) to B-1 (Central Business District).
Legal description: Block 25, Lots 1,2,3 in the Original Town, Norwich, Kansas.
Generally located at: 203 S. Briarwood.
Section 2. Upon the taking effect of this Ordinance, the above zoning change shall be entered and shown on the Official Zoning Map(s) as previously adopted by reference and said map(s) is hereby reincorporated as a part of the Zoning Regulations as amended.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication once in the official city newspaper.
