LOT 24 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK B, AND LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK A, OF FORSYTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MEDICINE LODGE, FILED IN SURVEY RECORD 3, PAGE 119, BARBER COUNTY, KANSAS., Parcel ID No. 004-141-01-0-20-02-005.00-0. Commonly known as 101 Kelly St., Medicine Lodge, KS 67104 (“the Property”) MS232302 

to satisfy the judgment in the above-entitled case.  The sale is to be made without appraisement and subject to the redemption period as provided by law, and further subject to the approval of the Court.
