Notice is hereby given that Virginia L. Aken, doing business as Calamity Jane Tattoo Shop, intends to apply to the Oklahoma State Department of Health for an initial license to operate a commercial body art and tattooing establishment.
The proposed location will be situated at the following physical address within Grant County: 104 N. Main, Medford, OK 73759.
