NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Oma Lea Rogers, deceased, that on the 2nd day of May, 2025, Lea Anne Shelton and Daniel Curtis Rogers produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Oma Lea Rogers, deceased, dated the 17th day of October, 1997, and also filed in this Court a Petition for Probate of Will praying that said instrument be established and admitted to probate herein as and for the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, that Letters of Administration with Will Annexed issue thereon to Lea Anne Shelton and Daniel Curtis Rogers, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of the said deceased be determined for the purpose of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law, and that the Personal Representatives not be required to make and return to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of the said deceased.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that said Petition for Probate of Will shall be heard before this Court on Tuesday, the 20th day of May, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
