COMBINED NOTICE
The Petitioner below has filed a Petition for summary administration of the estate of the above captioned decedent pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 et seq. The Court has dispensed with the regular estate proceedings and has ordered the following notice be given.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of the above captioned decedent as follows:
1. The above captioned decedent was known as John A. Regier (“the decedent”). He was 97 years of age and was a resident of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, on the date of her death, which was on April 19, 2023.
2. The name and address of the Petitioner is: Rodney Regier of 1706 West Carrier Road, Enid, Oklahoma 73703.
3. The total value of the estate of the decedent as set forth in the Petition is less than $50,000.
4. The decedent died testate. On the 19th day of April 2023, Rodney Regier produced and filed herein a certified copy of an instrument in writing, dated the 29th day of January, 2019, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and also filed a Petition praying for the p srobate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Rodney Regier, and that the heirs, devisees, and legatees of John A. Regier be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 245.
5. Petitioner is the executor named in said Will.
6. The names and last known addresses of the heirs, devisees & legatees of the decedent, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

7. The time and place of the hearing on the Petition is: 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of November, 2026, at the District Courtroom of Grant County in the courthouse, in Medford, Oklahoma.
8. Any person receiving notice, or any interested party, may file objections to the Petition at any time before the final hearing set out above, and must send a copy of the objection to the Petitioner, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition.
9. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed, and to whom the estate will be distributed.
10. All creditors having claims against John A. Regier are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named personal representative at the following address on or before the following presentment date: October 18, 2026.

11. The claim of any creditor not shown in the Petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the personal representative on or before the presentment date set forth above, which date is no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the Petition and this Combined Notice.
