SH Oil Operations, LLC, and all other persons who are or may be concerned:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Clark County, Kansas, by Plaintiff, praying for judgement foreclosing Plaintiff’s lien on the following oil and gas lease:
On or about January 7, 2004, Alice M. Hirt, a single woman entered into an oil and gas lease in favor of J. Fred Hambright, Inc. covering the following described real property, to-wit:
The Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E/2 NW/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-Eight (28) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., EXCEPT the right-of-way of the AT&SF Railway Company, and EXCEPT a tract in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 14, Township Twenty-Eight (28) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., being more particularly described as: Beginning at the east quarter corner of Section 14-T28-R6, and going northerly on the east line of said section a distance of 1244.2 feet; thence turning left deflecting 88°56′ and going westerly a distance of 324.0 feet; thence turning left deflecting 87°19′ and going southerly along a line presently occupied by a pasture fence a distance of 1243.0 feet thence turning left and going easterly a distance of 406.0 feet to the point of beginning; and EXCEPT a tract in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4 NE/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-Eight (28) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 14; thence west 380 feet; thence south 330 feet: thence east 380 feet; thence north 330 feet, to the place of beginning, containing 2.88 acres, and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition on or before March 27, 2026, in the District Courthouse at Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
