All persons having an indebtedness or claim against the City of Medford, Oklahoma, The Medford Public Works Authority or The Medford Economic Development Authority are hereby notified that a claim, purchase order, or contract must be recorded in the Office of the City Clerk on or before June 30, 2026, covering all debts now unpaid and incurred during the period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026 or said account shall be void and forever barred.
