THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on June 5, 2026, a petition was filed in this Court by Scott J. Blubaugh, requesting that he be appointed trustee for the estate of Michael V. Blubaugh, an adult absentee.
You are required to file your written defenses to the petition on or before July 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Harper County, Kansas District Court, Anthony, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgement and decree will be entered in due course upon the petition.
