You are hereby notified that a Verified Petition Pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act has been filed in the Kingman County District Court concerning G.H.G., born in 2012, and requesting that this Court assume jurisdiction over the Collin County, Texas District Court Case Number 380-55742-2011 (380th Judicial District, Collin County, Texas). You are hereby required to appear before this Court on the 8th day of October, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., or soon thereafter as can be heard by the Court in front of the Honorable Gaten T. Wood, Kingman County Courthouse, 130 N. Spruce, Kingman, Kansas. Failure to either appear or respond may result in the court entering a judgment granting the requested action.
