PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW, FOR DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE OF
PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Notice is hereby given that Mark Underwood the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of Delbert E. Russell, Deceased, has filed herein his Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs at Law, for Distribution of said Estate, as set out in said Petition, and for Discharge as such Personal Representative, said Estate being ready for distribution; that Thursday, the 24th day of July, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the District Courtroom in the Grant County Courthouse, 112 E. Guthrie, Medford, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by the Court as the time and place for the hearing on said Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of the Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees of Delbert E. Russell, Deceased, and for hearing said Petition for Distribution and Discharge of such Personal Representative; and that at said time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
