1. Statement of Purpose
South Barber USD is soliciting sealed, competitive proposals from qualified vehicle dealerships to supply two (2) new, unused 2027 Chevrolet Suburban vehicles in strict compliance with the detailed specifications provided below.
2. Technical Specifications & Requirements: Proposals must meet or exceed all specifications:

Exterior Color: White (Summit White / GAZ)

Transmission: 10-Speed Automatic Transmission
Drivetrain: 4-Wheel Drive (4WD)
Delivery Destination: Kiowa, Kansas 67070
3. Submission Requirements: Interested vendors must submit a proposal with the following items:
1. Pricing Proposal: Total unit price and aggregate total price for both vehicles (inclusive of all applicable dealer prep, title, documentation fees, and freight delivery within Kansas).
2. Delivery Schedule: Estimated lead time and delivery timeline upon contract award.
3. Vehicle Build Sheets: Manufacturer order confirmation sheets validating exact factory code alignment (CK10906, 5.3L engine, 10-speed transmission, color, and trim).
4. Warranty Information: Standard manufacturer warranty documentation (minimum 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Bumper-to-Bumper and 5-Year / 60,000-Mile Powertrain).
4. Proposal Evaluation & Selection Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Specification Compliance: Adherence to vehicle specifications and options requested.
Cost: Lowest responsive and responsible bid per unit and overall.
Delivery Timeline: Ability to meet a reasonable delivery window
