WASTEWATER LAGOON IRRIGATION
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT
General Notice
Town of Lamont (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Wastewater Lagoon Irrigation Equipment Replacement
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at town hall located at 102 North Main Street, Lamont, Oklahoma 74643, until July 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Replacement of (1) irrigation pivot (west), (2) control panel, and (3) one pump motor
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:
Brinley Engineering, LLC
Prospective Bidders desiring copies of plans, specifications, bid documents, and other Contract Documents can receive these documents for free by emailing jason@brinleyengineering.com.
Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may be examined at Lamont Town Hall located at the address above Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm (580-388-4360).
Pre-bid Conference
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Lamont Town Hall located at the address above.
Bid Security
Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount of 5% and shall be payable without condition to Town of Lamont, OK as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide acceptable Contract Bonds from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.
