THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED: You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed with the Court by Stacia Barrett heir of Doris Bell, deceased requesting Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Barbar County, Kansas
North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 and Northwest 1/4 Section 6, Township 34, Range 11, West P.M. and the North 1/2 Section 1, Township 34, Range 12, West P.M. And that such property and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by the descedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate successions. You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before September 10, 2026 at 1:30p.m. of the Barber County Courthouse, 118 E Washington St., Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas at which time and place cause will be heard.
