THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that the Petition for Final Settlement has been filed on the 17th day of August, 2026, in said Court by Robyn Davis, administrator of the estate of Rory C. Davis, deceased, praying for a final settlement of the estate, approval of their acts, proceedings and accounts as co-executors, allowance for attorney’s fees and expenses and determination of the heirs entitled to the estate. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 24th day of September, 2026, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., on said day, in said Court, in the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Petition.
