NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR
SETTLEMENTOF FINAL ACCOUNT, PAYMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES AND FOR DISTRIBUTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SHANNON RENEAU, Personal Representative of the estate of ROBERT PAUL WORTH, deceased, (“Petitioner”) has filed in the above court and cause her final report of the administration of the estate, showing that the estate is ready for final settlement, for approval of the final account and that certain administrative expenses, including but not limited to the attorney fees and costs incurred in connection with the administration of this estate be paid from the assets of this estate and that the residue of the estate be distributed to the persons thereunto entitled thereto and for final discharge of the personal representative (collectively, “the Final Account and Petition”) and that the 17th day of August, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom, at Medford, in Grant County, Oklahoma, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing thereof, when any person interested in the estate may appear and contest the same as provided by law. A copy of said Final Account and Petition is being mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees known to Petitioner with this Notice.
