Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of O.S. Title 60 § 633, 1971, SEALED BIDS will be received for the following materials:
ASPHALT, MILLINGS, MASTIC CRACK SEALANT, EMULSIONS, REJUVENATOR, FLY ASH OILS, BRIDGE NAILS, CLIPS, BEAMS, STRUCTURAL STEEL, REBAR, GUARDRAILS, END WINGS, CHAIRS, BRIDGE PLANKS, PIPE PILING, HEAVY WALL PILING, INTERLOCKING SHEET PILING, PRE-FAB BRIDGE PANELS, GRADER BLADES, BONDED FABRIC, POLYETHYLENE AND POLYPROPYLENE CULVERT PIPE, CORRUGATED METAL CULVERT PIPE ARCHED, STEEL CULVERT PIPE, FULL CIRCLE STEEL PIPE CULVERT, METAL PIPE ARCHED CORRUGATED CULVERT, LUMBER, ROCK, & CONCRETE.
Sealed bids will be received by the Grant County Clerk’s Office until 3:30 p.m., Friday, June 26th 2026 @3:30pm at 112 E Guthrie, Room 102, Medford, OK, 73759 and will be opened on Wednesday, July 1st 2026 at 9:30 a.m. during the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).
Bids must specify the unit rate at which delivery thereon may be had by the County, when and as needed by the County, and in quantities and specifications as ordered by the BOCC.
The BOCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The bidders must submit bid on the official proposal forms furnished as follows: Invitation to Bid, Terms & Conditions, Affidavit of Contracts & Payments, Affidavit for Filing with Competitive Bid, AND W-9 forms, must be signed and notarized (if applicable), with the bid or the bid will be rejected.
The bid shall be clearly marked “SIX MONTH MA TE RIALS BID # 2026-02”.
