Notice is hereby given that on June 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas, the Harper Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following applications:
Applicant: Dean & Joy Hufford
Location: Lot 07 and N/2 of Lot 10 of Block 16 in the College Addition to the City of Harper, Harper County, Kansas.
Commonly referred to as: 2117 Oak St. Harper, KS 6758.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning
CASE NO: SU-2026-04
REQUEST: To operate a home-based business, which will include the storage of product for a mobile bartending business.
Copies of the applications are available to be reviewed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas during regular business hours.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of the public, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and make a decision. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
