NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, on March 3, 2026, in an action wherein Bank of Commerce & Trust Co, a Kansas corporation, was Plaintiff, and Livengood Farms, In., Penny Huff, Grant County Treasurer and Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma were Defendants, directed to me, the Sheriff of Grant County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Grant County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Seven (7) West of the Indian Meridian, Grant County Oklahoma,

LESS the following parcel:

Commencing at the Northwest Comer (NW/C) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Seven (7) West of the Indian Meridian, thence South 82.33 feet, thence East 33.33 feet, thence North 82.33 feet, thence West 33.33 feet to the point of beginning.

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained and made in said Court on March 3,2026, in favor of Bank of Commerce & Trust Co., a Kansas Corporation, against the Defendants, Livengood Farms, Inc., Penny Huff, Grant County Treasurer and Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma and each of them, finding there was due the following sums, to-wit:

$330,839.81 as of May 15, 2025, plus interest at the default contract rate from the date of default to the date of judgment plus interest from and after the date of judgment at the default contract rate or judgment rate, whichever is higher, plus all other charges due and proper under said Note, including but not limited to advances by Bank of Commerce & Trust Co. for taxes, insurance, and expenses for preservation of the collateral during the pendency of this action, all pursuant to that Journal Entry of Default Judgment in Favor of Bank of Commerce & Trust Co. and against the Defendant, Livengood Farms, Inc., reducing the Note to a judgment in favor of Bank of Commerce & Trust Co. and against Defendant, Livengood Farms, Inc., said judgment being domesticated in this Court on November 20, 2005.

all of which remains unpaid, and for the foreclosure on the said property to satisfy said judgment, same to be sold free and clear of claims of all Defendants; I, the Sheriff of Grant County, will on the 6 day of May 2026, at the hour of  10:30 o’clock a.m., of said day at Grant County Court House, which is located at 112 E Guthrie St., in Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the following sums, to-wit:
