The Town of Jefferson has declared the above property as surplus and is offering the property for sale. AS IS. Anyone interested in purchasing the property should submit their offer to purchase via sealed bid sent to the Town of Jefferson, 1042 2nd St, Jefferson, OK 73759. All bids must be received before 7:00 p.m. on the 30th day of October, 2026, and will be opened at the Town of Jefferson Board Meeting set for 2nd day of November, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The Town of Jefferson has set a minimum bid of Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each property. The Town of Jefferson reserves the right to reject all bids.
