NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to orders of the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, made on the 13th day of July 2026, in the matter of the Guardianship of BARBARA RAE BAILEY, an incapacitated, the undersigned, as the Guardian of the person and estate, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation by said District Court, on or after the 13th day of August 2026, all the right, title, interest and estate of the Ward, and all the right, title and interest that the said guardianship estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired in and to all the following described real estate, to-wit:

Lots Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), Block Forty-seven (47), Original Townsite of Round Town, now Pond Creek, Grant County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, except South 93’ of said lots, subject to right aways and building restrictions (a/k/a 214 S. First, Pond Creek) held in joint tenancy with Tonya McKenzie.

upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit: Cash subject to the purchaser being liable for the cost of demolishing the houses which the Town of Pond Creek, Oklahoma has advised they will undertake if the owner does not.
