NOTICE OF HEARING
The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of April, 2026, a Petition for Determination of Descent was filed in this Court by Miranda J. Albright, an heir of John Albright, a/k/a John W. Albright, deceased, asking descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Barber and Ford Counties in Kansas, and other personal property owned by the Decedent:
The surface only of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirty-four (34), Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Barber County, Kansas; and
Lots Nineteen (19) through Twenty-one (21), Block Twenty-two (22), of Kiowa Original City Subdivision (408 Campbell Street, Kiowa, Barber County, Kansas 67070); and
Lot Eight (8), Block One (1), Final Plat Wagon Wheel Addition, Unit Two, an Addition to the City of Dodge City, Ford County, Kansas, according to the recorded Plat thereof;
and that such property owned by the Decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before June 4, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., in said Court, in the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Petition.
