The State of Kansas to all Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed on the 27th day of April, 2026, in said Court by Dale Thomas Evans, a devisee and legatee of the estate of Linda Carol Evans, deceased, praying for the foreign probated Will of Linda Carol Evans, deceased, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; the Court find that no administration in the Estate is necessary; the Will be construed and the interest in Kansas real estate owned by the decedent be assigned in accordance with the terms of the Will.
You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before May 21, 2026, at 1:30 P.M., on said day, in said Court, in the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Petition.
