PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF
SUZANNE FAVELA MARTIN
FOR ORDER DETERMINING HEIRS,
AND REQUESTING WAIVERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of ROBERT MARTIN, deceased, that on the 26th day of March, 2026, SUZANNE FAVELA MARTIN filed in the District Court of the County of Grant, state of Oklahoma, her Objection to the appointment of Cindy Maxwell combined with a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to SUZANNE FAVELA MARTIN upon the estate of ROBERT MARTIN, deceased, and requesting that the heirs of ROBERT MARTIN be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate, be waived.
AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 28th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 2:30 p.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, in said County of Grant, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Objection and Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said objection and petition as provided by law, or may assert his or her own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to herself or himself.
