Notice is hereby given that on April 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas, the Harper Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following application:

Request: Request to operate a Short-Term Rental Type II on property zoned as R-1 Single Family Dwelling District.
Location: Block Twelve (12), Lot Seven (007) and W2 Lot Eight (8), Barton’s First Addition of the City of Harper, Harper County, Kansas.
Commonly referred to as: 522 W 9th St. Harper, KS 67058.
Copies of the application are available to be reviewed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas during regular business hours.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of the public, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and make a decision. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
