Norwich Basketball Set for Sub State Play

The Norwich basketball teams are set for Class 1A-I Sub State play this week at Burden-Central High School. Both teams had first-round byes.

The boys are set to play Thursday against Udall at 6 p.m. Udall upset Pretty Prairie 60-57 this past week.

In the other boy’s semifinal, Burden-Central faces Wichita Central Christian at 7:30 p.m. The boy’s championship is set for Saturday at 5 p.m.

The girls will play Friday against Udall at 7:30 p.m. Udall beat Fairfield 57-44 last week.

The other girl’s semifinal features Wichita Central Christian against Pretty Prairie at 6 p.m. The girl’s championship will be Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
