NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Bonnie M. Muegge, deceased, that on the 11th day of May, 2026, Don E. Muegge produced and filed in this Court instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Bonnie M. Muegge, deceased, dated February 24, 1987, and First Codicil to said Last Will and Testament dated September 22, 1994, and also filed in this Court a Petition for Probate of Will praying that said instruments be established and admitted to probate herein as and for the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Don E. Muegge, who is named as Personal Representative in said Will, that the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of the said deceased be determined for the purpose of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law, and that the Personal Representative not be required to make and return to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of the said deceased.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that said Petition for Probate of
Will shall be heard before this Court on Tuesday, the 26th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
