NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingman County Planning Commission will meet, Monday June 22nd. The Kingman County Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas: 

Case No. Z -26 -003.   Proposed property by Shane & Joanie Estell for the change of zoning district A-1 General Agriculture District to R-R Rural Residential District. 

Legal description: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 4; Thence Easterly along the North line of said Section 4 and on an assumed bearing of South 89

degrees 59 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 1416.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence Southerly on a bearing of South 00 degrees 14 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 700.00 feet; Thence Easterly on a bearing of South 89 degrees 59 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 684.00 feet; Thence Northerly on a bearing of North 00 degrees 14 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 700,00 feet to a point on the North line of said Section 4; Thence Westerly along said North line and on a bearing of North 89 degrees 59 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 684.00 feet to the Point Of Beginning. Said tract contains 10.99 acres of land more or less which includes road right-of-way on the North.

General location: 1416 feet East of SE 130 Ave on SE 120 St in Section 4 Township 30 Range 05 West. 

Acreage: 10.99 acres more or less.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter.  After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the Governing Body which, if approved under the County Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by resolution.  The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
