NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Randy Lynn Alexander, deceased, that on the 15 day of April, 2026, Lana Patrice Alexander, (“Petitioner”) produced in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Randy Lynn Alexander, deceased, and also filed in said Court such Petition, together with said Will, praying that the Will be admitted to probate and praying that Letters Testamentary issue to Petitioner as Personal Representative and for a judicial determination of the heirs, legatees and devisees of said decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 15day of April, 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of May, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a. m., the Petition will be heard at the District Court, Probate Division, County Courthouse, Medford, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
