Notice is hereby given that Nelda Patterson, Personal Representative of the Estate of Lawrence Dean Patterson, Deceased, has returned and present for confirmation, and filed in said Court her Return of the sale of the following described real property of said Estate to wit: 24682 County Road 740, Jet, Oklahoma 73749, with a legal address of:
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4 of Section One (1) Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Nine (9) W.I.M., Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with improvements;
To Wings in Flight Outdoors, LLC, for a sum of $15,965.00, and that March 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., in the court room of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Oklahoma, the matter has been set by the Court for hearing said Return, at which time any person interest in said estate may appear and file his exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said Return for further particulars.
