Grant County: 2026 Fair Board Election

2026 GRANT COUNTY FREE FAIR BOARD

 ELECTION

The five-day filing period for candidates to the Grant County Fair Board begins on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and ends Friday, February 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.  Each candidate must be a registered voter and will represent the district in which they reside.  Filing should be completed using the Declaration of Candidacy Form, which is available in the County Clerk’s Office, with  no filing fee required.

Directors of the Grant County Free Fair Board serve a three-year term. In the event any district lacks a candidate at the end of a filing period, an appointment will be made by the district’s County Commissioner.  

In districts where necessary, an election will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
