NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF
SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that David Bennett, the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of Jeanette Bennett, Deceased, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court his Return of the sale of the following described real property of said Estate, to wit:
East Half (E/2) of Lots Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Seventy-One (71), Rock Island Addition to the City of Medford, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
and
West Half (W/2) of Lots Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Seventy-One (71), Rock Island Addition to the City of Medford, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof
to Steve Bennett, for the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00), and that on the 27 day of January, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. of said day, at the court room of the District Court in the Courthouse in the City of Medford in said County of Grant and State aforesaid has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said Return for further particulars.
