MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Tuesday, January 6, 2026, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Stinson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Steve Stinson, Keith McClure, and Craig Fredrick. Also present were Kerstin Orcutt and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
Orcutt acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
Fredrick moved to approve minutes from 01.05.2026 BOCC Regular Meeting. McClure seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Fredrick – aye; Motion carried.

McClure moved to approve Allocation of Motor Vehicle Tax for December 2025 for disbursement in January 2026. Fredrick seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Fredrick – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Bank of America P card payment for November 2025. Fredrick seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure – aye: Fredrick – aye; Motion carried.
New Business: Stinson advised that 2 Blanket Purchase Orders PO # 2234 Burbank Materials PO # 2243 Little B’s needed to be ran through but Blanket Purchase not listed on agenda.
