Notice is hereby given that on January 21st, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas, the Harper Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following application:

Commonly referred to as: 606 W 11th and 610 W 11th St, Harper, KS 67058.
Copies of the application are available to be reviewed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas during regular business hours.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of the public, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and make a decision. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
