You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Harper County, Kansas by U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Indenture Trustee of CIM Trust 2025-NR1, praying to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HARPER, STATE OF KANSAS, TO WIT:
