The Medford City Council will hold a public hearing to gather citizen input into granting a fence variance for a portion of Block Three (3) Fair Acres Addition to the City of Medford more particularly described as commencing at the Southwest corner of Block Three (3), Fair Acres Addition to the City of Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, thence East One Hundred Nineteen (119) feet, thence North Seventy-five (75) feet, thence West One Hundred Nineteen (119) feet, thence South Seventy-five (75) feet to the point of beginning, and adding the former right of way west of the described property, a/k/a known as 208 E. Ash Street. A request has been made by the owner of the property to install a four-foot (4’) fence in the front yard without complying Section 6.3(c) of the City of Medford Zoning Code which limits the height of front yard fences to three and half feet (42”). The hearing will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, in the Medford Community Room at 615 N. Front in Medford.
