MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Wednesday November 5, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present were Kerstin Orcutt and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Huff said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
Orcutt acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
Stinson moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve minutes from 11.03.2025 BOCC Regular Meeting. McClure seconded. Fredrick- aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Regular Payroll for Officer/ Employees for October 2025 for disbursement in Nov 2025. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Statutory Travel for Elected Officials for October 2025 for disbursement in Nov 2025. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to acknowledge Jail Report October 2025. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Officer’s Monthly Report for Oct 2025. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Fredrick moved to approve Court Clerk Records Management and Preservation Monthly Report. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Monthly Mortgage Tax & Certification Fee for October 2025 for disbursement in November 2025. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax for October 2025 for disbursement in November 2025. Stinson seconded. Fredrick- aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Allocation of Motor Vehicle Tax for October 2025 for disbursement in November 2025. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Grant County 2026 Holiday Calendar . Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Final Money Movement FY 2025-2026 . McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to acknowledge 2026 Calendars: Schedule of regular meetings for BOCC, Excise Board/ Equalization Board, Grant County Industrial Development Authority, Grant County Economic Deveiopment Authority, Grant County Educational Facility Authority. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
Stinson moved to approve Resolution 2025-207 DataScout and OneMap yearly contract FY 25-26 for Grant County Assessor. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
No new business.
