NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE

NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of an Order for Sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court of Kingman County, Kansas, in the above-entitled action, I shall on the December 3, 2025 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder at the Kingman County Commissioner Room, 130 N. Spruce, 1st Floor, Kingman, KS 67068 the property described below. All potential bidders must first register with the Kingman County Treasurer’s Office, 130 N. Spruce, 2nd Floor, Kingman KS, no later than 4:00 p.m., December 2, 2025. Bidder registration will open on November 24, 2025, and all bidders must be registered in order to bid. Payment at auction must be in the form of cash or check only, and all winning bidders must pay for their properties before leaving the sale. The redemption amounts are calculated as of date of the filing of this action.
