COMBINED NOTICE OF FILING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND ORDER SETTING HEARING
Treisa Dugas, petitioner, on the 27th day of October 2025, filed in this court a Final Accounting and Petition for Distribution of Estate under the Last Will and Testament that was previously admitted to probate by this court.
IT IS ORDERED by the court that hearing on the Final Account and Petition for Distribution of Estate is set for hearing at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of November 2025 Honorable, Jeff Crites at the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, Oklahoma. Notice of this hearing shall be sent to the last known address of the known heirs, devises and legatees as shown in the Petition and published as required by law.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that any party objecting to the accounting and proposed distribution must appear at that hearing and present his/her objections to the accounting and the proposed distribution of the estate. Any objection party should also file as written statement of his/her objections with the court and mail a copy to the attorney for the estate prior to the hearing date.
