NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING
PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
The verified Petition of Nelda Patterson, Personal Representative of the estate of Lawrence Dean Patterson, Deceased, having been presented to this Court, praying that an order be made authorizing said Personal Representative to sell the whole, or so much, and such parts of the real estate described in said Petition as the Court shall judge necessary and beneficial at public or private sale, and it appearing to the Court, from such Petition, that it is necessary to sell the whole or some portion of such real estate, for the purposes and reasons mentioned in said petition, and that a time should be appointed for hearing the same.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Court that said Petition be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, to-wit: on the 7th day of November, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., at which time and place all persons interested in said estate are directed and required to appear before this Court to show cause why an order should not be granted to said Personal Representative to sell so much of the real estate of said Decedent as is necessary, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said hearing on said Petition be given in the manner prescribed by law.
