NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED: 

Notice is hereby given that on October 15th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas, the Harper Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following application:  

CASE NO: SU-2025-03  

Applicant: Craig Denton  

Request: Request to operate an Auto Body Shop on property zoned as C-1 Central Business District. 

Location: Lot 007 & West 20’ of Lot 8, less party wall on East side in Block 28 of the original addition to the City of Harper, Harper County, Kansas.  

Commonly referred to as: 124 W Main St. Harper, KS 67058. 

Copies of the application are available to be reviewed at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas during regular business hours. 

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of the public, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and make a decision. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
