NOTICE OF PETITION FOR PROBATE OF
WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION
OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of John Ralph Edsall, Deceased, that on the 2nd day of September, 2025, Michelle Chylee Fabel produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of John Ralph Edsall, Deceased, and also filed in this Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, asking that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Michelle Chylee Fabel, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent.
Said Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Oklahoma, on the 2nd day of October 2025, at 9:30 a.m., when and where all persons interested can appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
