NOTICE OF HEARING

AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:

You are hereby notified that on the 30th day of July, 2025, a Petition was filed in this Court by Gregory J. Lohkamp, nominated Executor of Richard Lohkamp a/k/a Richard Thomas Lohkamp, deceased, praying that the Will of Richard Lohkamp a/k/a Richard Thomas Lohkamp dated February 4, 2021, which is filed with said Petition, be admitted to probate and of record, that  Gregory J. Lohkamp be appointed as Executor, to serve without bond, and that he be granted Letters Testamentary.

You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 2nd day of September, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, in this Court, Kingman County Courthouse, before the Honorable Roseanna Mathis, 130 N. Spruce Street, 3rd Floor, Kingman, KS 67068, at which time and place said cause will be heard.  Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.

All creditors of the decedent are notified to exhibit their demands against the Estate within the latter four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice under K.S.A. 59-2236 and amendments thereto, or if the identity of the creditor is known or reasonably ascertainable, thirty (30) days after actual notice is given as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.
