NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR
PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Anna Mae Patton, deceased, that on the 14th day of July, 2025, Donald R. Patton filed in this Court a Petition for Probate of Foreign Will, having attached thereto duly certified copies of the Last Will and Testament of Anna Mae Patton, deceased; the order admitting will to probate and appointing personal representative (which order is entitled Order Admitting Will to Probate and Appointing Executor); and the order distributing estate and determining heirship (which order is entitled Journal Entry of Final Settlement), all from the domiciliary probate proceeding which was conducted in the 30th Judicial District, District Court, Sumner County, Kansas, as Case No. SU-2024-PR-000028, the Court having jurisdiction of the domiciliary probate proceeding.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said Petition prays that an Order be entered distributing all of the property of said deceased subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of the said deceased, and Title 84 of Oklahoma Statutes, Section 142, all as set forth in the Petition for Probate of Foreign Will filed herein; and that pursuant to an order of this Court, said Petition for Probate of Foreign Will shall be heard on Monday, the 18th day of August, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, and that an Order distributing the property of the said deceased subject to the jurisdiction of this Court will be entered as set forth above and as prayed for in said Petition for Probate of Foreign Will filed herein, unless a written objection is filed on or before said date and time of said hearing by an interested party or creditor of the said deceased.
