NOTICE OF HEARING
PETITION TO ENFORCE CONTRACT FOR CONVEYANCE
Bradley G. Lebeda and Sarah Jane Lebeda, having filed herein their Petition for an Order authorizing and directing Nancy S. Volavka, Personal Representative of the Estate of Evelyn B. Fell, Deceased, to carry out a contract alleged to have been executed by said Evelyn B. Fell, prior to her death, which contract is for conveyance of the following described real property, to-wit:
All of the oil, gas, and other minerals lying in and under and to be produced and mined from the following:
Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 4 West of I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma;
Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 4 West of I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma; and
Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 28 North, Range 4 West of I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma.
(the “Property”).
It is Ordered that said Petition be hereby set for hearing on the 21st day of July, 2025 at 1:30 p.m., before this Court in Room 701 of the Tulsa County Courthouse located at 500 South Denver Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma, at which time all persons interested in said Estate are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an Order should not be granted by this Court authorizing and directing Nancy S. Volavka, Personal Representative of the Estate of Evelyn B. Fell, Deceased, to carry out said contract and to execute a conveyance of said real property to said Petitioner.
