NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL LAND
BANK PROPERTY
Pursuant to K.S.A. 12-5907(f), public notice is hereby given that the City of Kingman Land Bank intends to offer for sale or conveyance the following real property located in Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas:
1. 101 East D Avenue, Kingman, Kansas, commonly known as the former Miller 66 Building.
2. 308 West D Avenue, Kingman, Kansas.
3. 737 North Elm Street, Kingman, Kansas.
4. Lot 1, Block 1, Memory Lane Subdivision, City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
5. Lots 3 through 8, Block 1, Memory Lane Subdivision, City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
6. Lots 4 through 9, Block 2, Memory Lane Subdivision, City of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas.
The properties may be conveyed individually to qualified purchasers or developers pursuant to terms and conditions approved by the City of Kingman Land Bank. The Land Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not obligated to convey any property.
Any conveyance shall occur no sooner than thirty (30) days following publication of this notice.
