PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR BIDS – DEMOLITION OF LAND BANK PROPERTY
The City of Kingman Land Bank is accepting bids for the demolition and removal of the residential structure located at 737 North Elm, Kingman, Kansas.
The project includes demolition and removal of the structure and associated debris, proper disposal of materials, and final site cleanup and grading. Upon completion, the lot shall be left cleared, level, and ready for future development in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Bids.
The City of Kingman Land Bank reserves the right to evaluate bids based on price, qualifications, ability to complete the work, proposed schedule, and other factors determined to be in the best interest of the Land Bank.
