NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all .persons interested in the estate ofJoseph H. Reed, deceased, that on the 27th day of July, 2026, Jason H. Reed produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Joseph H. Reed, deceased, dated the 12th day of January, 2001, and also filed in this Court a Petition for Probate of Will praying that said instrument be established and admitted to probate herein as and for the Last Will and Testament of said decedent, that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Jason H. Reed, who is named as one ofthe alternate Personal Representatives in said Will, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees ofsaid decedent be determined for the purpose of filing waivers and consents as pennitted by law, and that the Personal Representative not be required to make and return to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of said decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that said Petition for Probate of Will shall be heard before this Court on Monday , the 17th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 10:30 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom ofthe Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
