NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Leon Lee Enterline and Lenora F. Enterline, Deceased, that on this date, Kylee Taylor filed in the District Court of Grant County, State of Oklahoma, a verified Petition for the sale of the following described real property, to-wit:
See Exhibit A LESS AND EXCEPT all ofthe oil, gas and other minerals lying in and under or produced therefrom previously reserved of record, together with all the improvements thereon and the appUiienances thereunto belonging, and the personal prope1ty described on Exhibit B.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 6th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock AM. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the County Courthouse in the city of Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, at which time all persons interested in the Estate of Leon Lee Enterline and Lenora F. Enterline, Deceased, are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an Order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the Personal Representative to sell said property ofsaid deceased, at either public or private sale, for cash or on terms as allowed by applicable law, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, all as the Personal Representative shall judge to be for the best interest of said estate and of all parties interested therein.
