MINUTES OF BOCC MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, July 10, 2026, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Stinson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Steve Stinson, Keith McClure, and Craig Fredrick. Also present were Rachelle Mccaleb as Secretary, Keith Siragusa, and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act. McClure moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. Fredrick seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure –

McClure stated 01 – mowing, spraying, grading, and hauling material to roads. Fredrick stated 02 – mowing, grading, hauling shale to areas washed out.
Stinson stated 03 – mowing, grading, and hauling. Replacing culvert on Kremlin blacktop, on CR 920, Cotton to Coal. Location will be closed for at least a week. The district has contacted the Emergency Manager and Sheriffs department to notify public of road closure. There will be signs up located at Coal Road, graders will block Comanche to Coal. The district will work as quickly as possible to get it done correctly.
