PETITION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION, APPROVAL OF FAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT, ATTORNEYS FEES, COSTS AND EXPENSES AND DISCHARGE OF ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE is hereby given that the Personal Representative of the Estate of John Ralph Edsall, Deceased, having filed in this Court a Petition for Decree of Distribution, Approval of Family Settlement Agreement, Approval of Attorney’s Fees, Costs, and Expenses and Discharge of Personal Representative, the hearing of the same, has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 20th day of July 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Courtroom of said District Court of Grant County, in the County Courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said Deceased determined, said estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
